Very few words were exchanged before or while recording the Surf Break session. It’s a vivid memory: we drank tea, recorded, then discussed music, movies and comics while awaiting Anna for the Italian restaurant (more music, movies and comics discussion there). Charles is very easy going. No objection was raised as I delayed his guitar to death, or drowned it in a tsunami, of drones. If you think that the recording is awful, I agree with you and plead guilty. If you think that the music is sheer magic, I agree with you.
